## About the Role

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.

 - Minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience.
 - Healthcare data experience.
 - Proficiency with large datasets, relational databases, and ETL processes.
 - Experience optimizing and tuning SQL/Oracle queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
 - Deep understanding of Object Oriented Analysis and Design.
 - Experience with MS Access, scripting languages (VBScript, PowerShell), Java frameworks, and .Net Framework.
 - Knowledge of enterprise scheduling tools.
 - Strong written and oral communication skills.

## Description

Support and enhance existing software applications within the Cotiviti product suite.

 - Collaborate with senior developers, offshore teams, business owners, project management, and other internal stakeholders.
 - Analyze and resolve software issues reported by internal or external customers.
 - Document application specifications, designs, features, and operations prior to production rollout.
 - Execute software enhancements to improve system performance and availability.
 - Communicate technical and operational issues effectively with both engineering and business leadership.
 - Ensure adherence to all technology standards throughout the software development process.
 - Explore and contribute innovative ideas to improve processes or system efficiency.
 - Continuously learn and integrate new technologies into the Cotiviti product suite.
 - Execute all phases of the Cotiviti Software Development Lifecycle with a focus on continuous improvement.
 - Mentor and provide guidance to other developers.
 - Complete responsibilities outlined in the annual Performance Plan and assigned special projects.
 - Ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
