This role ensures the availability, performance, security, and reliability of systems supporting clinical, business, and operational applications through hands-on management of day-to-day infrastructure operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, upgrades, capacity planning, disaster recovery, and lifecycle management. Working closely with server, storage, network, security, and application teams, the Enterprise Systems Engineer implements and supports infrastructure solutions, resolves complex technical issues, and contributes to enterprise technology initiatives while maintaining stable, scalable, and highly available production environments. This position requires a high degree of initiative, accountability, and independent judgment in the execution of assigned responsibilities. The incumbent is expected to work with minimal supervision, independently assess and resolve complex technical issues, evaluate alternatives, and make sound decisions that support operational and organizational objectives.
