 * Experience with:

 * Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
 * Desktop hardware/software installation and troubleshooting
 * TCP/IP network troubleshooting
 * AWS CLI and Terraform
 * Professional certification is required (A+, Network+, Cloud+, or equivalent). Please be prepared to provide a copy of your certification.

## Description

* Provide end-user technical support for desktop, laptop, printer, and network-related issues.
 * Monitor and resolve ServiceNow tickets in a timely manner.
 * Support Windows 10/11 environments, Active Directory, TCP/IP networking, and cloud-based infrastructure.
 * Assist with maintaining cloud environments and automation technologies (AWS CLI, Terraform).
 * Support business applications, A/V systems, video conferencing, and other IT infrastructure components.
