Required Experience & Qualifications

 * 8+ years experience as a Scrum Master in complex, enterprise environments
 * Demonstrated success working in Scaled Agile frameworks
 * Strong expertise in inter-team dependency management and cross-team coordination
 * Advanced Jira expertise (dashboards, JQL, workflows, reporting)
 * Proven ability to prepare teams for PI Planning and program-level execution
 * Deep understanding of Agile metrics (flow, predictability, WIP, throughput)
 * Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
 * Preferred: SAFe certification (SSM, SASM, RTE, SPC) or equivalent experience
 * Experience supporting multiple teams or an ART
