* Durchführung von Discovery-Meetings zur Erfassung und Analyse von Geschäftsanforderungen inkl. Automatisierungspotenzialen
 * Identifikation von Prozessverbesserungen und passenden IT-Lösungen im Einklang mit der IT-Strategie
 * Unterstützung des IT-Produktmanagements bei Planung und Priorisierung
 * Erstellung von Dokumentationen zu Anforderungen, Herausforderungen und Mehrwerten
 * Ausarbeitung und Abstimmung von Spezifikationsdokumenten mit Stakeholdern
 * Beobachtung externer Trends zur Ableitung von Geschäftsanforderungen, sowie Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Produktteams und technischen Einheiten zur Sicherstellung der Lösungsqualität
