## Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Project Manager to support a large-scale federal cloud modernization program focused on enterprise Salesforce solutions. This role sits within a high-visibility, mission-driven environment delivering secure, scalable applications across a complex enterprise ecosystem.

The ideal candidate brings strong Agile delivery leadership, technical awareness of Salesforce-based platforms, and excellent stakeholder management skills. This role partners closely with technical teams and senior stakeholders to ensure successful execution of enterprise application delivery and modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

 + Lead Salesforce technical projects within a large-scale enterprise or federal environment

 + Manage cross-functional Agile teams across multiple workstreams

 + Facilitate Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

 + Develop and execute project plans, schedules, deliverables, and milestone tracking

 + Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders to define and deliver project objectives

 + Track risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure timely mitigation

 + Communicate status updates and recommendations to senior leadership

 + Support production releases and deployment activities

 + Assist with modernization efforts, including migration of legacy applications to cloud platforms

 + Remove blockers and support team productivity and delivery flow

 + Ensure alignment across technical, functional, and business teams throughout delivery
