* 2+ years of Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Systems Administration experience
 * Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, and basic networking
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
 * Experience with Linux, VMware, Cisco, AWS, or SCCM is a plus

## Description

* Provide help desk support for PCs, laptops, Microsoft 365, and mobile devices
 * Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers
 * Troubleshoot server, network, storage, and connectivity issues
 * Support virtualization, backups, disaster recovery, AWS S3, and Azure MFA
 * Image and deploy PCs, manage user accounts, and maintain IT documentation
 * Assist with infrastructure projects, server upgrades, and network installations
