## Description

Seeking an experienced Senior Desktop Support Engineer to provide advanced desktop engineering, system support, troubleshooting, and endpoint security management. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting enterprise desktop environments, Windows operating systems, Active Directory, cybersecurity practices, and mobile device management solutions., * Design, build, test, deploy, and troubleshoot desktop solutions

 * Support and manage Windows desktop environments
 * Administer and manage Active Directory and Group Policies
 * Perform Windows image deployment and package creation/management
 * Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and administration
 * Support endpoint security solutions including:
 + Anti-virus tools
 + PKI
 + Hard drive encryption
 + Client security hardening
 * Troubleshoot VPN connectivity and two-factor authentication issues
 * Support networking configurations and connectivity issues including DHCP, VLANs, ACLs, and Firewalls
 * Manage and support client workstation hardware
 * Administer and support Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
 * Ensure compliance with cybersecurity best practices and standards
 * Handle multiple priorities and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
