## About the Role

* 5 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
 * Strong experience with ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM), CRM, or Field Service Management (FSM).
 * Experience developing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
 * Strong proficiency in JavaScript (both server-side and client-side scripting).
 * Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and ServiceNow Workflow.
 * Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and platform customization.
 * Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Catalog Items.
 * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
 * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
 * Experience with IntegrationHub.
 * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
 * Experience working in enterprise ServiceNow implementations.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CRM/FSM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience developing and customizing ServiceNow solutions, with expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM)/CRM or Field Service Management (FSM). This role requires building scalable applications, developing integrations, and automating business processes using the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities

 * Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform.
 * Configure and maintain ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
 * Develop and enhance solutions within ServiceNow CSM/CRM or FSM environments.
 * Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with internal and external systems.
 * Develop reusable scripts, APIs, and automation using Flow Designer and Workflow.
 * Troubleshoot platform issues and provide timely resolutions.
 * Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
 * Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain technical documentation.
