We need someone with the ability to manage multiple priorities, envision the software stack from top to bottom, collaborate with other engineers, QA, and product management, and has experience with scalable high availability systems. Your primary responsibility will be designing and implementing services and service interfaces between the various modules that comprise the Parchment Exchange. What you will do Implement back-end services that provide, store, and transform data as well as support business intelligence operations. Develop user interfaces using React and TypeScript, and utilize GraphQL for efficient data fetching and manipulation. Facilitate integration of SOA infrastructure/services (REST, SOAP, JMS), ESB, and BPM systems into overall operations and support frameworks. Collaborate with development teams to establish and maintain SOA standards and patterns. Create specifications, design documents, code, sample data, and unit tests. Mentor other engineers and provide technical leadership within the team. Work closely with product management and internal teams to define and agree upon system requirements. Manage tasks effectively in Jira as part of the agile development process. Actively participate in agile development activities.
