## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience as a Software/Technical/IT Trainer
 * Hands-on experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Chat, Meet)
 * Familiarity with Microsoft 365/Office 365
 * Experience creating training materials and user documentation
 * Strong presentation and communication skills
 * Experience delivering classroom and virtual training to end users
 * Experience with software migration or change management is a plus

## Description

Seeking an experienced Software Trainer to lead end-user training during the migration from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace. The trainer will design and deliver both in-person and virtual training sessions, create training materials, and support employees in adopting Google applications., * Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions

 * Develop training guides and documentation
 * Train users on Google Workspace applications
 * Support the Microsoft-to-Google migration
 * Work with the CIO to develop the training strategy
 * Provide post-training support and answer user questions
