## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Visualization Designer to support our Chief Economist, Deputy Chief Economist, and Research team in communicating complex economic insights through clear, compelling visuals. This role requires a blend of design expertise, data analysis proficiency, and a deep understanding of storytelling through data. The ideal candidate will transform data into impactful visual narratives, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions., * Design and Develop Visualizations: Create dynamic and intuitive charts, graphs, and infographics that effectively communicate economic trends and findings on social media.

 * Graphic design: Work with research staff to produce reports adhering to brand standards and cohesive style.
 * Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with the Chief Economist, Deputy Chief Economist, and Research teams to understand data insights and translate them into visual formats that resonate with diverse audiences.
 * Maintain Visual Standards: Ensure all visual outputs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in style, accuracy, and clarity.
 * Stay Current: Keep up with emerging trends in data visualization and economic communication to incorporate innovative techniques into work.
