## Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems., * Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues

 * Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems in a timely and efficient manner
 * Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and applications
 * Set up new employee accounts and equipment, and ensure proper access and security
 * Monitor and maintain the company's network and server infrastructure
 * Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery procedures
 * Manage and maintain inventory of all IT equipment and supplies
 * Collaborate with IT team members to implement new systems and upgrades
 * Train employees on the use of new software and technology
 * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in IT systems and technology
