## About the Role

+ Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline

 + 1+ years of professional mechanical/electromechanical design, analysis, testing, and/or manufacturing (internships/co-ops and club projects can apply)

PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

 + Master's degree in an engineering discipline

 + Experience with integration and testing of propulsion, thermal, electrical, and/or structural systems

 + Experience working with composites and integration of avionics systems

 + Documentation and configuration management experience

 + Experience writing test plans, and procedures and providing go/no-go judgment and rationale

 + Experience in a production environment

 + Demonstrated engineering intuition, critical thinking, and comfort with ambiguity

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

 + Some travel to our launch sites may be required as needed, up to 25%

## Description

As an Integration & Test Engineer supporting our enterprise aviation customers, you will be tasked with owning test software, test equipment, integrated testing of electrical and network systems, and will be a technical resource for fellow engineering, specialist and technician colleagues. You will be responsible for developing, validating and maintaining high-reliability, high-performing enterprise network solutions for Starlink., + Design, activate and operate test hardware and equipment including test software as needed to evaluate component and system performance for various mobility network applications

 + Troubleshoot hardware issues real-time, push feedback to correct owners to eliminate repeat issues

 + Aid in investigations and root-cause analysis of any non-conformances, and work with responsible engineers to develop test requirements for flight hardware, driving hardware and system design improvements.

 + Work with teams across disciplines including electrical, mechanical, and software engineers to conceptualize and develop test systems required to test Starlink hardware
