Physical Requirements May require working in an office, industrial, shipboard, or laboratory environment. Capable of climbing ladders and tolerating confined spaces and extreme temperature variances. ## Description The Test & Evaluation (T&E) Engineer applies expert knowledge of test planning, execution, analysis, and reporting to assess the performance and readiness of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) systems, subsystems, and equipment prior to delivery to the Host Nation. This role directs and conducts T&E activities to verify system performance, validate security architecture updates, and ensure capability variants meet design and operational requirements. The engineer develops test and validation plans, conducts lab-based assessments, analyzes test data, troubleshoots issues, and provides actionable recommendations to the Security Cooperation Office (SCO) and Mission Partners. Additionally, the position supports the development and execution of Government test plans, including joint security validation efforts conducted with U.S. Government test facilities.
