Audit engineering and software projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget compliance. Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead the implementation of best practices to enhance operational efficiency. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
