## About the Role

* 6 12 years of hands-on experience in Java development
 * Strong experience in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs
 * Hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using React
 * Strong knowledge of multithreading and microservices architecture
 * Good understanding of performance tuning, memory management, and caching mechanisms
 * Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
 * Expertise in messaging and integration technologies (Kafka, JMS, MQ)
 * Working knowledge of Unix/Linux and basic scripting
 * Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and modern UI development practices
 * Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
 * Cloud experience (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable)
 * Strong experience with unit and integration testing (JUnit)
 * Familiarity with Git, GitLab/GitHub, Maven
 * Solid understanding of design patterns and coding best practices
 * Experience troubleshooting production issues and performing root cause analysis
 * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC processes
 * Knowledge of security concepts (OAuth2.0, encryption, SSL, APIs, gateways)
 * Excellent communication and collaboration skills
