Deep expertise in OT security architecture, including ICS, SCADA, PLCs, DCS, and industrial networks. Strong understanding of IT/OT convergence, Zero Trust concepts, network segmentation, and defense-in-depth for industrial environments. Proven experience defining and executing enterprise or domain-level security roadmaps and leading large-scale security transformation initiatives. Strong knowledge of OT security standards and frameworks (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST, ISO, NERC CIP, where applicable). Experience collaborating with vendors, system integrators, and internal stakeholders at senior and executive levels. Ability to translate technical risk into business impact and communicate effectively with leadership and non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications Background in manufacturing, semiconductor, energy, or other industrial domains. Experience with OT security risk assessments, threat modeling, and architecture reviews.
