Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with ServiceNow Notifications, Catalog Items, Flow Designer, Integration Hub. - Agile/iterative development experience. - Understanding of integrations, identity (SSO, OIDC, SAML), APIs (JSON, REST). - Experience in government/public sector environments. - Involvement in technical evaluations during procurement. - Knowledge of platform upgrade/release management. - Experience with cross-system integrations and technical documentation.
