The role requires strong React or Angular experience, conversational UI exposure, backend integration capability, and BFSI or regulated enterprise delivery experience. Key Responsibilities Build production-grade conversational UI for chat, voice, avatar, document references, product cards, and guided workflows. Implement browser-based microphone capture, audio playback, response streaming, and real-time interaction states. Create reusable UI components for messages, citations, workflow actions, feedback, errors, loading states, and handoffs. Integrate with backend AI APIs, STT/TTS services, RAG services, authentication, and enterprise systems. Support avatar states such as listening, thinking, speaking, idle, and fallback. Build secure, responsive, accessible UI aligned to enterprise UX standards. Collaborate with backend, data/RAG, client architects, and SMEs through demos, UAT, and releases. Required Skills Strong hands-on React or Angular experience. Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and component-based frontend development. Backend/API integration experience using Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET. Minimum 2 years hands-on AI-enabled product or platform implementation exposure. Experience building chatbot, copilot, virtual assistant, conversational UI, or workflow-driven enterprise UI. Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, streaming APIs, authentication, sessions, and rolebased UI behavior. Experience with browser audio APIs, MediaRecorder, Web Audio, WebRTC, or equivalent. BFSI, banking, insurance, capital markets, payments, or regulated enterprise experience. Client implementation experience. Preferred Skills Avatar-based interfaces, digital humans, lip-sync, or animated assistant experiences. Exposure to OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Speech, Claude, or enterprise AI platforms.
