## About the Role

* The position requires a knowledge level generally obtained through completion of a high school diploma, GED, or an equivalent in demonstrated work experience.
 * 3 years of experience utilizing computer software in a support or help desk role
 * Preferably, knowledge of physician practice workflows, patient scheduling systems, and HL7 messaging
 * Communicates clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
 * Establishes and maintains long-term relationships, building trust and respect
 * Utilize HCA enterprise applications to analyze and triage issues
 * Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, Excel, Word, Visio, and Power Point

## Description

The Corporate Support Analyst will serve as an integration and scheduling workflow consultant, recommending, implementing and supporting scheduling solutions across multiple digital access points.

In this role you will:

 * Consult, recommend and implement appropriate solutions for digital appointment scheduling using established best practices for physicians, practices and hospital facility workflows
 * Recommend and implement correct calendars that align with the referral strategies of the stakeholder and Parallon
 * Configure and validate API scheduling integrations for each electronic medical record (EMR) across HCA Healthcare at the provider and practice level
 * Actively communicate and develop relationships with HCA divisional and corporate leadership
 * Resolve and document technical support issues using Service Central and ensure incidents are completed or escalated within established service levels
 * Serve as a testing resource that collaborates with our technical partners for new development, platform updates and troubleshooting technical issues
 * Provide feedback to department leadership regarding training opportunities, process improvement, and scheduling best practices.
