Lead small teams to successful completion. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Ability to independently evaluate projects and technical requests, architect solutions, and collaborate effectively with SAP and third-party vendors. * Self-motivated with demonstrated effectiveness in remote or hybrid work environments. * Occasional travel (5%) ## Description The system administrator will be responsible for providing overall technical administration and technical support for the SAP environment including overseeing the development and organization of databases and application components, assessment and implementation of new technologies. Ensure the SAP applications that support our technology systems are designed to be highly available and efficiently perform. This position serves as the senior-level SAP Basis administrator and technical lead, establishing standards, guiding architectural decisions, and ensuring that SAP environments are secure, scalable, highly available, and optimized for performance. This position will be fully remote. #LI-Remote What Will You Do?
