Requirements: * Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions. * Strong experience configuring and supporting SAP IBP modules including Supply Planning, Response & Supply, and Inventory Optimization. * 3-5 years of experience working within SAP ERP environments. * Experience with SAP CPI-DS; exposure to SDI and RTI is highly desirable. * Background in software development, solution architecture, or enterprise application design. * Experience supporting inventory optimization and end-to-end supply chain planning initiatives. * Solid understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and iterative software development practices. * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. * Strong customer-service mindset with a collaborative, consultative approach. * Experience working with globally distributed teams. * Experience integrating SAP IBP with other enterprise applications such as SAP BW or similar reporting platforms is a plus. * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or another STEM-related discipline is preferred, or equivalent professional experience. ## Description Our client is seeking an experienced SAP IBP Software Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of enterprise supply chain planning solutions.
