Preferred Qualifications: * VMware, Citrix, or cloud platform certifications. * Experience supporting HCI platforms in enterprise environments. * Experience operating production workloads in Google Cloud. * Exposure to automation, scripting, or infrastructure as code tools. ## Description * Provide operational support for Citrix DaaS/CVAD and virtual desktop/application environments across on prem and Google Cloud platforms. * Support on prem infrastructure including VMware ESXi/vCenter environments that underpin Citrix and application workloads. * Support hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) platforms, assisting with capacity planning, performance troubleshooting, and lifecycle activities. * Support cloud native compute platforms including Google Compute Engine (GCE) for Citrix hosted and supporting workloads. * Administer and support Citrix components including Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Citrix Cloud Connectors, Provisioning Services (PVS), Machine Creation Services (MCS), and Workspace. * Support NetScaler/ADC and gateway components for secure access, load balancing, and traffic management. * Monitor system health, performance, and availability; respond to incidents and service requests following established procedures. * Perform root cause analysis and participate in incident, problem, and change management processes using ServiceNow. * Collaborate with network, identity, security, storage, and application teams to resolve cross platform issues. * Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, diagrams, and configuration standards. * Participate in scheduled after hours and on call rotation, providing support for business critical infrastructure services. * Support maintenance activities, upgrades, patching, DR testing, and planned change events. * Perform other duties as assigned. ## Related Videos - [The Cloud is Calling: Answer with In-Demand Skills](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/945-the-cloud-is-calling-answer-with-in-demand-skills) - [JavaScript?
