## About the Role

Deep expertise in Microsoft Azure architecture and core services.

 - Strong cloud security engineering experience (Zero Trust, compliance frameworks).
 - Proficiency in automation and scripting (PowerShell).
 - Experience with infrastructure as code and automation pipelines.
 - Familiarity with ITIL incident/change management and documentation governance.
 - Applied Capabilities:
 - Design secure, compliant cloud architectures.
 - Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud/security issues.
 - Translate technical details into clear documentation.
 - Balance security with agile development.
 - Adapt to evolving cloud and compliance needs.
 - Qualifications:
 - Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
 - 5+ years in IT infrastructure or cloud engineering.
 - Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
 - Strong PowerShell scripting experience.
 - Preferred:
 - Security certifications (e.g., Cybersecurity Architect Expert, CISSP, Security+).
 - Experience with security SIEM tools.
 - Other Requirements:
 - Must be located in Arizona.
 - Available for in-person interviews and quick start.

## Description

Design, deploy, secure, and maintain Microsoft Azure cloud environments.

 - Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
 - Support cloud architecture, security engineering, operations, disaster recovery, and enterprise documentation.
 - Key Duties:
 - Architect and manage scalable, secure, and cost-effective Azure solutions.
 - Implement and optimize Azure compute, networking, storage, and identity services.
 - Enforce Zero Trust and defense-in-depth security principles.
 - Configure and monitor Azure security controls, alerts, and vulnerabilities.
 - Perform security assessments and remediation.
 - Implement monitoring (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Sentinel).
 - Support disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BC).
 - Develop infrastructure as code (Bicep, ARM, Terraform).
 - Automate deployments using PowerShell, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions.
 - Produce and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and runbooks.
 - Ensure documentation meets ITIL and compliance standards.
 - Provide Tier 3 support for cloud and security incidents.
