 * Identity and Access Management experience (Okta, SSO, SCIM, provisioning)
 * Scripting experience with Python, Shell, JavaScript, or similar
 * API integration experience
 * SaaS administration experience
 * Strong customer-facing communication and support skills

 * Office networking and firewall administration
 * Security tooling exposure (EDR, SIEM, SOC2 environments)
 * Executive or white-glove support experience
