## About the Role

* Minimum 5 years of experience developing applications using Oracle Forms (Oracle WebForms).
 * Minimum 5 years of experience programming with Oracle PL/SQL, SQL*Plus, or TOAD.
 * Strong experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
 * Experience working within collaborative software development teams.
 * Minimum 3 years of experience supporting or developing RTS application components.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with Oracle 11g Relational Database Management Systems.
 * Experience integrating applications using web services.
 * Familiarity with document management systems such as OnBase.
 * Experience working in Florida State Government or similar public sector environments.
 * Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and application documentation standards.

Security & Compliance

 * Must successfully complete a Level 2 Background Check.
 * Must sign confidentiality and data usage agreements.
 * Must complete Department ethics and cybersecurity awareness training prior to onboarding.

## Description

* Maintain and enhance the Registration Tracking System (RTS).
 * Develop new features and resolve application defects.
 * Design and implement Oracle Forms, PL/SQL, and SQL solutions.
 * Enhance integrations with the OnBase document management system through web services.
 * Collaborate with business users, database administrators, and technical teams to gather requirements.
 * Prepare technical documentation including requirements, design documents, deployment plans, and change logs.
 * Develop and execute test plans for new features and enhancements.
 * Document code changes and maintain coding standards.
 * Participate in application maintenance, troubleshooting, and production support.
