 * Kommunikationsstärke, eine vorausschauende Denkweise und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative runden Dein Profil ab

## Description

* Du bearbeitest Tickets im 2nd-Level-Support und bist Ansprechperson für unsere internen Kunden bei IT-Anfragen
 * Du analysierst bestehende Service Desk Prozesse und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter
 * Du automatisierst wiederkehrende Abläufe, von Low-Code-Lösungen bis hin zu Scripting und API-Anbindungen
 * Du bindest neue Systeme an unser ITSM-Tool an und treibst den Ausbau von Self-Service-Angeboten voran
 * Du unterstützt die Mitarbeitenden im Team durch Dokumentation, Schulungen und Wissenstransfer
 * Du koordinierst kleinere Projekte im Service Desk Umfeld eigenständig
 * Du unterstützt bei Bedarf auch in angrenzenden IT-Bereichen
