This role is ideal for a service-minded IT professional who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating across teams, and supporting secure access across a large application environment. What You'll Do * Manage identity and access requests, including onboarding, offboarding, application security, and file share access * Use ServiceNow and IAM tools to review, route, and complete access-related service requests * Support least-privilege access, logical access controls, and compliance with enterprise security standards * Partner with IT, security, and business teams to resolve access issues and improve IAM processes * Participate in audit support, access reviews, documentation, and ongoing process improvement, * Build a strong foundation in Identity and Access Management through side-by-side training with experienced team members * Grow your career in a role with exposure to security, IT operations, compliance, and business partners across the organization * Join a collaborative team where your work directly supports secure, reliable access for employees and critical business systems Schedule and On-Call Expectations This is a full-time, in-office hourly role based in League City, Texas.
