Basic H&F) · White Glove Support · Update and maintain asset database for all supported sites Server & Network Management (Hands and Eyes Support) under guidance of Wipro L2/L3 team · Supports server migration/transition projects across EMEA location, ensuring minimal downtime and user disruption. · Participates in Network projects such as Network kit commissioning/decommissioning efforts with support from other relevant teams. · Conducts link redundancy tests to validate failover mechanisms and ensure uninterrupted connectivity for Geneva office. Security & Compliance under guidance of Wipro L2/L3 team · Collaborates with the security team to ensure desktops connected to Christie's network meet compliance standards for monitoring systems. · Responds to security alerts and conducts virus scans upon request, demonstrating proactive risk mitigation. Optimization · Highlights any optimization opportunities to Christie's IT management and take action as per agreement from Christie's IT management. · Engages in mobile platform optimization efforts, reviewing and approving cost-saving recommendations for Swisscom services. Collaboration & Communication under guidance of Wipro L2/L3 team · Acts as a key stakeholder in cross-functional projects, liaising with infrastructure managers, data centre teams, Network, infosec, and other Infrastructure towers. · Provides timely updates and feedback to Christie's IT leadership and project teams, ensuring transparency and alignment on IT initiatives.
