## Description

* Configure Time & Attendance, scheduling rules, and pay rules.
 * Manage labor planning, accruals, and compliance rules.
 * Oversee interface behavior (HCM WFM data flow).
 * Troubleshoot import/export failures and transaction states.
 * Administer WFM and user setup.
 * Manage employee lifecycle from hire to terminate.
 * Organize structure, jobs, and positions.
 * Configure ESS/MSS.
 * Provision security roles and manage user access.
 * Correct data and own master data.
