 - KI-Praxis: Du nutzt KI-Tools wie ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor oder GitHub Copilot aktiv (Stichwort "Vibe Coding") und verstehst, wie man mit ihnen effizient Software baut.

 - Workflow-Mindset: Du hast schon mal mit Automatisierungstools (n8n, Make, Zapier) oder APIs gearbeitet - oder Lust, dich da reinzufuchsen.

 - Mindset: Du denkst pragmatisch, lieferst lieber 80 % funktionierend als 100 % perfekt, und hast Lust auf ein dynamisches Startup-Umfeld.

 - Sprache: Deutsch (mindestens C1) und Englisch (Lesen für Tech-Dokus).

## Description

Du arbeitest direkt mit der Geschäftsleitung an Tech-Projekten quer durch unseren Onlinehandel:

 - KI & Workflow-Automatisierung: Du baust und betreust KI-gestützte Automatisierungen (n8n, Make, Zapier, Claude/OpenAI API).

 - Vibe Coding & Tool-Entwicklung: Du entwickelst kleine Tools, Skripte und Integrationen - idealerweise mit moderner KI-Unterstützung (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).

 - Systemintegration: Du verbindest Marktplätze, Shopsysteme, Lexware, Lagerverwaltung und unsere internen Tools sinnvoll miteinander.

 - Daten & Reporting: Du baust Dashboards (Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Notion) und sorgst dafür, dass wir auf Knopfdruck die richtigen Zahlen sehen.

 - IT-Support light: Du übernimmst typische IT-Aufgaben (Account-Setup, Tool-Einführungen, Troubleshooting) und unterstützt das Team.

 - Innovation: Du probierst neue KI-Tools aus, bewertest, wo sie uns weiterhelfen, und führst sie eigenverantwortlich ein.
