## About the Role

Do you have experience in Leadership?, * Completed studies in Electrical Engineering, Technical Computer Science, or a comparable degree

 * Experience in software and system development under automotive conditions; experience with AI is a plus
 * Knowledge in Embedded C mandatory, AUTOSAR, and functional safety is desireable
 * Leadership experience, strong decision-making skills, and excellent communication abilities with global suppliers and customers
 * Ability to independently develop conceptual solutions and experience in cost management and development processes
 * Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written, are required

## Description

In the Electronics division at the Schortens location, you will be responsible as a Software Team Leader for an (international) team of software developers focused on innovative car access systems.

 * Leading a group in developing software for vehicle access systems within the Electronics division
 * Professional and technical leadership of the team in product-related software development
 * Disciplinary leadership and ensuring employees' qualifications and further training
 * Capacity and cost planning, including responsibility for optimal collaboration and workload management
 * Ensuring adherence to project and customer milestones
 * Responsible for both efficiency and quality, as well as early identification of potential risks
 * Supporting cross-functional and global collaboration between project teams
 * Participating in alignment with suppliers and customers
