## About the Role

* Experience working with motherboards or electronic repairs
 * Knowledge of:
 * Resistor circuits
 * Capacitors
 * Basic electronics troubleshooting
 * Understanding of ESD safety practices
 * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to read basic schematics (preferred but not required)

Travel Requirement

 * Must be able to travel to Mexico for 2 months of training
 * Must have valid travel documentation (passport, etc.)

## Description

* Troubleshoot and repair motherboards and server hardware
 * Diagnose issues with resistors, capacitors, and circuits
 * Perform component-level repairs
 * Follow proper ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures
 * Use testing tools such as multimeters and diagnostic equipment
 * Document repairs and maintain accurate records
 * Support engineering and production teams as needed
