## Description

* Du analysierst, priorisierst und löst komplexe Störungen in modernen IT-Umgebungen (Ticket, Telefon, vor Ort)
 * Beschäftigung mit Aufgaben im Bereich Microsoft Windows Server (z.B. Active Directory, Exchange), Microsoft365 (z.B. AzureAD, Exchange Online, Teams, Share Point) & Netzwerktechnik
 * Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung von kleineren IT-Projekten
 * Mitarbeit an Konzeption und Umsetzung von IT-as-a-Service-Lösungen
 * Unterstützung im Rahmen von Backup-, Archivierungs- und Security Lösungen (Mail-Store, M365 Security)
 * Du installierst Firmwareupdates, betreibst Wartung und stellst die Aktualität der Systeme sicher
