 * Knowledge of Windows 10/11 operating systems.
 * Experience troubleshooting application deployment issues.
 * Excellent communication and documentation skills., * Experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM).
 * Experience with Windows Autopilot.
 * Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
 * Experience migrating application deployments from SCCM to Intune.
 * Experience supporting enterprise environments with thousands of endpoints
