You also have: * Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. * 7+ years of experience in project management/ program management supporting large scale projects, with a proven track record of delivering results. * 2+ years' experience supporting brand activation solution/strategies * Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills. * Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills that can manage internal/external partners with varying degrees of knowledge of brand marketing. * Strong business acumen, including financial/budget management skills. * Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) * Valid Driver's License and ability to travel up to 20%. ## Description As the Project Manager, End User Engagement , you will lead the planning and delivery of high-impact end user experience initiatives that bring the DEWALT brand to life in the field. You will translate creative concepts into executable plans, align cross-functional teams and partners, and ensure every touchpoint reflects our brand voice, values, and promise. Your work will directly influence how end users experience our products-and how they remember, recommend, and advocate for DEWALT.
