## Description

Administer and maintain RACF security environments across IBM z/OS mainframe systems.

 - Manage access control, including creating, modifying, and revoking user IDs, groups, resource profiles, datasets, and subsystem permissions.
 - Implement and enforce least-privilege access models to protect critical systems and data.
 - Secure access to key mainframe resources (datasets, CICS, DB2, IMS, MQ, system-level resources).
 - Define and maintain security policies and access standards; perform periodic access reviews and audits.
 - Support compliance with regulations (SOX, PCI, HIPAA) and ensure alignment with enterprise governance and audit requirements.
 - Monitor and analyze security activity using RACF reports, SMF logs, and SIEM tools.
 - Investigate and respond to access violations, unauthorized attempts, security incidents, and troubleshoot access issues.
 - Support integration with enterprise IAM solutions, SSO, and MFA; assist with system-wide RACF configuration.
 - Assist with advanced security tasks (encryption, certificate management, TLS/SSL configuration, cryptographic services).
 - Collaborate across teams to ensure secure, reliable operations and support audit readiness.
