Key Competencies * Leads through influence across vendor and internal teams. * High financial discipline with variance accountability. * Proactive communicator who brings visibility by default. * Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing ambiguity in critical infrastructure environments. ## Description The IT Nuclear Projects (ITN) team is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to support high-priority IT programs across the nuclear fleet. Embedded within the ITN Projects Team, this Project Manager will provide project governance, financial management, and cross-functional coordination across vendor and internal IT Project Managers, ensuring workstreams are aligned, on schedule, and delivered to organizational standards., Project Governance & Tracking * Maintain a consolidated view of all assigned IT project workstreams, milestones, and dependencies. * Proactively identify and resolve schedule risks across vendor and internal Project Manager teams. * Own the IT risk and issues register; escalate critical risks to IT leadership in a timely, structured manner. Reporting & Stakeholder Communication * Develop and deliver regular status reports to IT and business leadership. * Translate technical project updates into clear, leadership-ready reporting. Standards & Delivery Alignment * Ensure all assigned projects adhere to IT delivery standards and governance frameworks. * Conduct governance reviews to identify and close delivery gaps. Budget & Financial Management * Develop and maintain project budgets targeting 5% variance; monitor actuals on a recurring cadence. * Deliver accurate forecasting and financial reporting packages for IT leadership. * Partner with IT Finance on budget cycle planning. Vendor Oversight * Lead Statement of Work (SOW) creation and manage the full Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle through invoice reconciliation. * Manage vendor relationships, performance, and contractual compliance. * Coordinate Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) reviews for vendor onboarding; partner with Procurement and Legal to ensure compliant spend.
