This is a full-time, onsite position and part of the North American IT Infrastructure team. In this role, you will help support and maintain enterprise technology systems across warehouse, distribution, and corporate environments. The position includes supporting Microsoft technologies, Cisco wireless infrastructure, virtualization platforms, backup systems, and Zebra RF handheld devices while providing responsive, service-focused support to employees and business partners.
