* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
 * 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
 * 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with AI/ML, Computer Vision, or data-driven products.
 * Strong understanding of the ML lifecycle, including data engineering, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
 * Experience leading Agile teams and managing sprint delivery.

## Description

* Lead, mentor, and grow software and data engineering teams.
 * Own the end-to-end software development lifecycle for AI/ML-based Sight & Sense products.
 * Provide technical leadership for software architecture, MLOps, and systems integration.
 * Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to define roadmaps and deliver solutions.
 * Drive engineering best practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring.
 * Support deployment of AI solutions in manufacturing environments and ensure scalability and reliability.
 * Promote innovation through Agentic AI workflows and AI-assisted engineering tools.

Preferred Skills

 * Computer Vision and MLOps experience.
 * Manufacturing, Smart Factory, or Industrial AI background.
