## About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Bookkeeper with strong Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system experience to support our financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an organized environment, enjoys working with financial data, and has a solid understanding of accounting processes within ERP platforms., * Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role

 * Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks Enterprise, or similar)
 * Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP knowledge preferred)
 * High level of accuracy and attention to detail
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
 * Ability to manage time effectively and work independently, * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
 * Experience in bookkeeping in a manufacturing setting
 * Familiarity with financial reporting and budgeting
 * Strong communication and organizational skills

## Description

* Maintain and manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and receivable
 * Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly
 * Record financial transactions accurately in the ERP system
 * Generate financial reports, including monthly summaries and cash flow statements
 * Assist with payroll and expense tracking
 * Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
 * Support month-end and year-end closing processes
