You understand accounting processes and how they affect integration designs between Dynamics 365 F&O and Pursuit's applications (CRM, WMS/Procurement, Point-of-Sale, E-commerce, Payroll, Banking, Tax applications). You own coordination and technical delivery with Accounting and IT process owners, and ensure the daily smooth operation of all automated and manual integrations going in and out of D365., * Lead technical reviews within IT: provide architecture overviews, formulate recommendations, and map current-state to future-state integrations where applicable. * Produce technical requirements, application architecture documents, and testing strategy recommendations * Analyze impact of D365 FO version upgrades, configuration changes, and new interfaces on existing integrations * Document data entities, field mappings, transformation rules, and error-handling * Coordinate testing (SIT, UAT), defect triage, and cutover planning; train power users and create runbooks * Work across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders to document requirements and map processes, * Improve or enhance 3-5 production integrations on time with documented error handling and monitoring * Resolve outstanding ongoing integration issues through Root Cause Analysis * Establish reusable integration patterns and a catalog of entities for the business * Maintain >99% successful batch job runs and create documentation where needed ## Related Videos - [Hacking MSSQL on Cloud.
