Our North Star: Client Centricity Job Overview The Print Team's primary objective is to grow, retain, and support print clients in local go-to-markets. The Managed Print Consultant drives new print business in the local market while managing a portfolio of active print-only clients. This role serves as the primary representative for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction through consistent business reviews and timely issue resolution. By monitoring account activity and identifying opportunities for upgrades, the specialist supports retention and growth objectives. Collaboration with internal teams is essential to deliver solutions that strengthen client relationships and maximize impact. Responsibilities * Drive net-new print business in local market * Manage and retain a portfolio of active print-only clients * Serve as the dedicated representative for assigned print clients * Conduct regular and consistent business reviews with clients * Address and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely manner * Ensure client satisfaction and build strong relationships * Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for account upgrades * Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs * Support Impact's goal of client retention and growth within print services, Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
