Administer and troubleshoot Palo Alto firewalls, including security policies, NAT, routing, and GlobalProtect VPN. Maintain and upgrade Infoblox DDI solutions, including certificate renewals. Use Cisco Prime for device onboarding and upgrades. Monitor network performance using LiveNX and nGenius Pulse. Support and troubleshoot Cisco SD-WAN (preferred). Collaborate with ISPs and hardware vendors to resolve circuit and hardware issues. Conduct Wi-Fi surveys using Ekahau and design wireless networks. Provide support for offshore teams in setting up network infrastructure, including switch installation and console access. Perform physical cabling and rack setup; available for weekend support when required. Apply strong problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve complex network issues. Prioritize tasks and manage multiple incidents or projects simultaneously.
