* Strong hands-on Data Migration experience is mandatory

 * Looking for candidates with extensive ETL/ELT pipeline development and cutover execution experience, The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ETL/ELT development, data engineering, cloud migration, Oracle databases, AWS, Azure, and enterprise data quality practices while working closely with Business Analysts, Architects, and cross-functional Agile teams.

 * 5+ years of Data Engineering and ETL/ELT development experience
 * Large-scale Data Migration experience from legacy relational databases
 * Advanced SQL expertise
 * Strong Python programming experience
 * Oracle Database experience
 * AWS Database Migration Service (AWS DMS)
 * Databricks experience
 * AWS RDS experience
 * Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 (ADLS Gen2)
 * ETL/ELT Pipeline Development
 * Data Cleansing, Standardization, and Validation
 * Data Modeling and Database Design
 * Data Reconciliation and Cutover Planning
 * IAM, RBAC, Microsoft Entra ID, and AWS KMS security implementation
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Skills:

 * AWS Certified Data Engineer Associate
 * Microsoft Certified Azure Data Engineer Associate
 * SharePoint data migration experience
 * Cloud Data Platform modernization projects
 * Enterprise Data Governance experience
 * Agile/Scrum project experience
 * Experience supporting financial or international development organizations
