Preferred Qualifications * SAFe certifications (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Advanced Scrum Master, SAFe Practitioner). * Experience supporting financial-services or regulated-industry application development. * Background in coaching multiple teams simultaneously within a scaled Agile environment. * Familiarity with cloud-native development, microservices, or API-driven architectures.
