## About the Role

* 3 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including solution design, configuration, customization, and development.
 * Strong development experience with:

 * Apex
 * Lightning Web Components (LWC)
 * Salesforce Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, etc.)
 * Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
 * Experience supporting public-sector, government, regulated, or compliance-driven environments, or equivalent experience in complex enterprise organizations.
 * Demonstrated experience leading technical discovery sessions, design workshops, development initiatives, or technical teams.
 * Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and development lifecycle methodologies.
 * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Prior experience working with State Government agencies or public-sector organizations.
 * Experience with Salesforce Government Cloud.
 * Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Application Architect, or related credentials.
 * Experience with case management, licensing, eligibility, or service delivery solutions.
 * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies., * Salesforce Administration & Configuration

## Description

Client is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and deliver end-to-end solutions on Salesforce Government Cloud. This role will support mission-critical public sector programs focused on case management, licensing, service operations, and related business workflows.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of Salesforce development, solution design, and technical leadership experience, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders in a highly regulated environment., * Design and implement scalable Salesforce Government Cloud solutions aligned with business and program objectives.

 * Lead technical discovery sessions, solution design workshops, and requirements-gathering activities with business and technical stakeholders.
 * Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and other Salesforce technologies.
 * Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.
 * Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and project stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery.
 * Support application enhancements, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and ongoing maintenance activities.
 * Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
 * Participate in code reviews, technical documentation, and deployment planning.
