This individual will provide front-line IT support for both office users and the production floor, ensuring uninterrupted operation of manufacturing systems, machinery connectivity, and production data flow. The role focuses on network setup, monitoring servers and infrastructure, troubleshooting connectivity between PLCs, scanners, testers, and servers, and maintaining accurate documentation and schematics. The engineer will manage incidents and requests, act as the single point of contact for the site, and provide on-site support during planned maintenance or unplanned production downtime as needed.
