* Strong hands-on experience supporting SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling).
 * Strong hands-on experience supporting SAP PP (Production Planning).

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with OpenText solutions within an SAP environment.
 * Experience supporting cross-functional SAP processes and integrations.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Application Support Analyst to provide day-to-day production support for our SAP environment while we recruit a full-time replacement for a recently vacated role. This consultant will serve as a key member of the application support team, resolving user issues, troubleshooting system functionality, and supporting business operations across multiple SAP modules.
Key Responsibilities

 * Provide ongoing application support for SAP users and business stakeholders.
 * Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve SAP-related production issues.
 * Support incident management, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
 * Collaborate with business teams to address process and system challenges.
 * Document support activities, system changes, and resolutions.
 * Assist with testing and deployment of SAP enhancements and fixes as needed.
